Installing Diablo II and LoD on 2 comps

From my experiences on dsl with a lan. The LOD cd-key didnt matter, oit only recognized the DII cd key. We had The same copy of normal DII installed on 2 different comps and 2 different copies of LOD. It wouldnt let us join any of the realms or online areas because of the ORIGINAL DII cd key.

i have done the same thing and yes you do need 2 copies of each game other wise when you log into b.net you wont be able to join any games, you can be on chat rooms but you wont be able to join games at all and it will make you lag.

I purhcased LOD years ago and somewhere in transit from moving i lost the cd for it but i have the cd case with the product key. Is there any way to download the full lod expansion and reenter my product key and continue to play?
