i cant even play the regular bf anymore, i find it much to boring. now that the new desert combat came out, that is the only thing i play, its a lot more fast paced, and takes more tactics. Its a lot more fun to play, maybe some one could set up a server with desert combat on it???? |

Jer | Um are you saying I have to have 2 legal BF1942 cd-roms??
Why?? |

no no no no no....he is saying that on one computer you run the server, you dont need the cd for that. then on another computer you can play the game, which you need the cd for. You cant play the game and run the server on the same computer. you dont need 2 copyies, and that isnt what he is saying. |

I'm having a bit of difficulty. I've got $50 to spend, and don't know where to spend it. I'm debating on BF1942, Xenosaga, or a pull cart for my golf clubs ( so I can quit renting the annoying club carts ).
Anyone care to persuade me one way or another? I'd like BF1942 because the online stuff sounds fun, I like the idea of having more than one job in the game, but I'm worried that I'll get bored of it quick. Xenosaga is good for at least 80 hours, but after I finish the game, that's about it. The pull cart I just need ( lacks immediate satisfaction due to limited golf course openings currently...although I have a 3 day weekend to maybe get out and play...grrrr! ) |

Battlefield 1942 is the choice for you becuase I have a pull cart and it's not all the same from carrying the thing on your back lol. Battlefield 1942 will take you hundreds of hours of gameplay time before you will start to get bored. I don't know what that other game is though |

battlefield is the ultimate game in teamwork and fun, and it never gets boring because the game never plays out the same way. teamwork is the key, you need a scout with binaculars to scope out a site for a artillery guy in the back to fire on. and then you need the pilots to bomb enemy tanks. dont forget about the medics who heal the infantry men who are advancing behind the the tanks. Now with the desert combat mod you can play with current planes, tanks, weapons, etc. tons of fun. the graphics are great and the maps huge. it is all around good supervised fun. and we would love to have you join www.clanimo.com because we always welcome new members.
But then again that golf bag carrier sounds might fun.....this is a toughfy pssst.....red....ill carry your clubs if you buy the game |
