Controller problems in arcade emus
I've been having trouble using my Playstation controller USB adapter in the MAME32 and Kawaks emulators. The controller is recognized and works but the input is really slow. With fighting games, it requires you to input the move combination slowly in order for it to work. Is there any way to increase the response time of the controller in either of those emulators? Perhaps different control drivers?
I'm a total fighting games dork and the long delay on controller inputs is killing me, literally.

In the drivers for the playstation paddle turn up the polling interval. But dont go to high or it uses alot of cpu power just watching the paddle. It will speed up the responce time as this is its job. I made my own to work with the printer port. Uses the same driver.
