2 suzikii escudo pines peak version
    1 v8 tickford (australian supercar)

Yeah GT3 is great, but I really liked Sega GT 2002 for the Xbox also. They are both great games, Sega GT has some older cars that GT3 doesn't have, but GT3 also has rally cars. I wish more racing games (besides NASCRAP) would come out for PC, like Rallysport came over from Xbox.

I love a lot about GT3 - the setups, the models, the number of cars, the tracks - but the AI still cheats for and against you, and besides tyres theres no attrition or damage.

If it's PC rallying you want, check out Rally Trophy (1960s and 1970s cars) and Mobil1 Rally Championship (authentic 15mile courses). You should be able to pick up either dirt cheap. CMR2.0 is good fun too, as is TOCA2.

Sports Car GT is another gem, but I don't know if it works on W2K/XP.

I tried GT3 when my brother had his PS2. Controlling cars with a gamepad isn't something I like.

Sports Car GT works on 2k. That was a good game. Its engine is dated, but it's still fun. Much overlooked game.

And, strangely, all wheels work fine with it and there is sensitivity adjustment, something that the very recent Pro Race Driver doesn't provide.

Porsche Unleashed is still my favorite. Dozens of different Porsches to pick from, including the GT1, the GT2, the Spyder, the Moby Dick.... ahh.

GT3 is for PC yet is it?

I bought it for PS2 and I loved it but my ps2 broke. Having it for PC would be the coolest.

without using any cheat disc the top speed i got,
    track: test track
    escudo: straight 465kmh 289mph, corner 445kmh 276mph
1780 bhp with stage 4 turbo
for the people using this car and are recording higher speeds than i just stated are most likely using a cheat of some type as for taking the traction control off only an idiot would turn it off, as with it turned off you get no traction what so ever, which causes alot of wheel spin...

the only car i know that anywhere near that speed is:

    viper gts 1000+ bhp 425kmh 264mph

the 2 polyphony cars are a waste on test track as they can't keep up with a viper or any other road car on test track regardless of gear settings as the max you can get out 350kmh 220mph and the lack being able to buy other tires for really hampers speed a bit on a semi tight or road course these cars excel test track they die for reason.... at the moment i can't be bothered trying to play around with these cars i might

instead of posting unrealistic speed's try posting the true speed of a car without using any type of cheat disc to enable the higher speed while it might be cool using it, it doesn't really give a true speed of any car you decide to use without using the cheats, test yourself see how much power you can get out of the cars with the various upgrades you can do to all cars in your garage..

by all means take to using the cheat disc's though that doesn't proove how good you are in the car you're using, it just prooves how good you are at cheating yourself and others when you post link's of so called record speeds of you or of someone that you know has shot a photo of you going at that speed all that's doing is prooving how big of an ego you got or for that matter how big of an ego your friend may have...

this cheat was also available for the escudo in gt2 i see the same cheat must also be available for it in gt3, the difference between gt2/gt3 is that you can almost all the racecars are upgradable including the escudo in gt3...
