Explain wont work. I.E. wont boot with that cd? Wont play proper. Wont leave main menue? What? Could be bad disc. You just get it? If so try returning to store for another.

yea i cleaned it but it still wont work any way it will go to a loading screen before the menu and it will load half wal then stop and go backwards.

i brought it to best buy and they let me put it in there xbox and it worked perfectly.

but the guy said that there might be a problem with the memory so i went home and cleaned the whole xbox out. i deleted all the memory for halo and it still didnt work.

Y???????????

I went through 3 copies of Serious Sam for XBox before returning it completely to the store I got if from and going to another store.

Fourth copy worked fine.

Try a DVD dry brush cleaning disc. $10 at wall-mart, staples etc. and since xbox has a dvd-rom it will be perfect for it. That way you wont have to void xbox warrenty taking it apart.
