    Problems with Far Cry Beta

     
    Me and my buddy were trying to play the beta and he is having problems with his video.

    This is what it looks like when he plays,



    Here is the specs

    AMD XP 2100+
    GF4 Ti4600 Driver version 53.03
    SB Audigy (Gamer)
    1024 RAM

    So any clues why?
    AMD Athlon 64 FX-53
    Asus SK8V Mobo
    120 gig HD
    160 Gig HD
    1024 gig Corsair XMS Extreme Edition Low Latency
    Vision Tek ATI X800XT PE
    Audigy 2 ZS

    i think its kind of hard to really help you with a problem while the game is still a beta

    do you have the latest video drivers installed?

    Hmm...I am assuming he tried all of the video options to lowest detail? If I were him I would post something on the ubi beta forums...definitely has to be a vidcard/driver problem

    would this happen to be an illegal copy of the beta?
    if not, you would be one of the 5000 testers and would surely get help from the company
    I don't like signatures.
