I NEED HELP!!!!

Hey there everyone, I have a small problem with GTA: Vice City. When I fist installed Vice City I was not able to see blood. So I downloaded a blood patch. Now I can see blood but I still can't get any hookers to enter my car and there are no strippers in the strip club (its still censored). Can anyone help?

Have you tried copying your save folder to a safe place and reinstalling GTA:VC? Where did you get this blood patch from?

Never heard of GVA, or Vice City, but if you try renting a nicer car before you go out, usually the hookers are more likely to get in.
