P2P networking for downloading songs?

What is a good P2P network program for downloading mp3 music? I am looking for one that you have to pay for. Something like Kazaa, but one that is close to ad and spyware free, easy to use, and costs monthly (or yearly...etc.). Thanks!

Over in Europe, there are plans for a yearly flat fee - I can't remember the name of the program, but it'd be like $50 a month (or was that 50 quid)?

You could check something like this: ALLOFMP3
