Need help deciding

Well have been lurkin here the better part of a year, and first off would like to say thanks to the wealth of knowledge this board offers. Second i will be upgrading some bits and pieces soon

2 Corsair XMS Extreme Memory Speed Series 184 Pin 512MB DDR PC-3200C2PT

My question is would anybody change anything, mainly the mb and or chip currently running 2GHz chip in older Intel board contemplating keeping that chip

upgrading these will give me enough to actually build second machine but im rambling
