Credit Card Printer

I'm setting up a new credit card printer for my job & when it asks for a paper size what do I enter? It's currently set on letter & when it prints the lines are all over the page. It's using normal credit card paper btw. Anyone have any ideas. It's an epson 300b printer used in restaurants.

What software or device is driving the printer? Normally a credit card machine or similar pushes the data to the printer via built in controls. If you are using a POS system then the software should also have the settings for the printer.

It is not hooked up to a POS system. It's a stand alone credit card processing program. Cambire Authorizing Software is the program. I would call their tech support but everyone has gone home for the day.

It lists 4 printers under the setup option but we do not use any of them. I switched it to print from the windows select printer & from there we select the epson.
