    RAM lifetime guaranty. Where??

I have an Infeneon stick gone bad (a 256MB stick, can't tell what pcb). I know these are lifetime guaranty but I don't know where to claim it from. I was given the stick and can't really trace it's sale place, but I hope the manufacturer deals with it directly.

I wouldn't bother but with prices soaring this high and my server crawling left with 128MB RAM I think I can pursue it a bit.

Any ideas where to start from?

    Try the Manufacturer.
Just got my stick replaced by Crucial. But i bought it at crucial. Just give the tech support a call.

I doubt it's an Infineon stick. The chips are Infineon but the PCB is most probably 3rd party.

    I will post all markings:

    Chips:

    Infineon
    HYB39S128800CT-7.5
    C2 SVV44729

    (sideways) 0138

    Sticker:

    MSC -75DFSI 4101
    864V32AD3DT4EDG
    11004109123 PC100-2

    PCB (On various places...):
    SYE
    0601
    94V0
    V31 872C64003EDTBG0
    PCSDRAM REV1.0
    BS LS
