another torrent promblem.............
"promblem connecting to tracker -<urlopen error (10061, "Connection refused")>"
basically thats what it tells me any advice?

ive had that happen to me a couple times when the file was just being obnoxious. usually finding a different torrent file or giving it a couple days will fix it. if it happens all the time, i dont know what to tell you

The tracker limits connections (1 connection to the tracker per ip)
The tracker is offline.
