Help!! Wireless Mini-PCI Cards for Laptops

Long Story short: There're 56k+Wireless Combo Mini-PCI Cards available. BUT
why there's no 10/100+Wireless Combo Mini-PCI Cards?

So my IBM Thinkpad T21 comes with a 56k+10/100 Lan Combo Mini-PCI Card.
I'm thinking to install the internal antenna from T23 to my T21 (Not hard,
they share the same platform) and get a 802.11a/b/g Mini-PCI adapter. The
wireless will probably work, but what about the 10/100 LAN? I know there's
56k+Wireless Mini-PCI Combo Card, but I can't find a 10/100+Wireless Combo
Card. Why are they not on the market? Is there any solution for my
application? I want both 10/100 and Wireless and I don't want those PCMCIA
Cards.

I don't think the demand is great enough for makers to make a wireless/ 10/100 mini PCI card as most user use PCMCIA cards as they are switched out easily and there is a better selection.
