I use opera, and the newest version has something that keeps me on it more than anything else. "Open requested pop-up windows only"
I recently tried firefox, and it really is nice with the adblock extension, but it won't open the popups I need unless I make that site "safe". Problem is there are pop-up ads that I want to avoid. Opera does this beautifully with the above selection, would like ff to get it as well

Jkrohn | Hmmm. Well I don't visit that many porn sites so it's not really a problem for me. |

I just posted this in another thread...but I will here too because this is why I will continue to use Opera!
"well...that was problably the fastest I ever discovered a bug in a browser! I deleted the 3 Firefox bookmarks on the toolbar and the browser window began to jump up and down. I could not get it to stop. Shutting down and restarting Firefox does not help either. I am uninstalling now...will not be reinstalling though." |

in opera you can type g "whatever" in the adress bar to do a google search for whatever, is there a similar feature in firefox? this is the most usefull feature i have found aside from tabbed browsing so it is important to me, plus most of the skins dont work properly in opera 7.51

All you rave about the features of Opera and whatnot, but I like Firefox for the simplicity, believe it, or not. |
