    Check out my new AMP

Er... or should I say MP3 jukebox. A couple days ago I was thinking "hmmm... I've got this old burned out receiver, what could I do with that?" and "hmmm... I've got this old emachines computer, all it'd be good for is a jukebox or a file server."

Well, now they've both got new life as the new MP3 jukebox in my living room. A couple switches control the case fan and backlights. The two leftmost LED indicators on the faceplate (which is 1/4" of solid aluminum BTW) are the HDD access light (left) and power indicator (right). I'm looking to hook the signal needle flick with the music output soon.

    System specs:
    400 mhz P2 Celeron
    Mini ATX mainboard from emachines
    188 MB of RAM
4 MB of shared video memory
    6 GiG Seagate HDD
Runs Linspire 4.5 (soon to be Fedora Core 2, Linspire sucks )
