okay well i want one for gaming i found this cpu.. is it any good? will it run the new up coming games, and which mobo should i get for this cpu?

also...will this be able to handle the upcoming games; i am rly confused because intel has like 3.4's out and amd only has smaller numbers, but people still say amd is better? WHY?
