I've had this happen to me as well. It is usually the result of bad memory or a specific program that is causing the machine to do a physical memory dump like that and reboot. You can try to close out a few things that you may be running normally and see if it still happens. |

this happened to just over a few days ago. i start my computer and a Blue screen appear with message "REGISTRY_ERROR". it continues to display on the same screen that it might have been due to recent software installments or something of that sort. it has a few codes wich start with something like " X80000 X0444 ". at the bottom of the page it also contains a message reading "DUMPING PHYSICAL MEMORY. DUMPING OF PHYSICAL MEMORY COMPLETED".
im assuming this had to do with a recent adobe photoshop version i installed on the computer. however, i cannot LONG ON to run any other diagnostics to fix the problems. i tried starting the computer with the most recent setting that work, safe mode, i tried rebooting, and ever ran a diagnostic test cd from the pc manufacturer. nothing works.
im basically unable to use my computer because i cannot get past the blue window message to long on and make any changes.
any advice would help me out. |

what you do is look up that error in the microsoft knoledge base and it will tell you exactly what is going wrong. you computer also stores a log of what went wrong in log manager or something of the sort when it bsod's which can help a ton although i cannot remeber exactly how to access it |

I reckon it's trying to hibernate... usually when it comes out of hibernation, it does a memory dump to boot itself back up, try turning that off (if it's on) and yeah... give it a shot mate. it's in the power settings in the control panel i guess. |
