Problems with Internet and Router

Every time I connect my router to my PC, I can access the internet, except some sites dont work (ebay, techimo, google just to name a few). When I connect another labtop to the router to see if I can access those sites, it works fine. After disconnecting the router and plugging the internet directly into my computer, it works fine. Everything works like its supposed to. This happens in both IE and Firefox o.O

Whats going on here?!

router brand?

do you have any software firewall?

Zone Alarm (The free one)

try disabling zonealarm, maybe its getting weird with the router.

power cycle your modem each time you swith between your PC and router.

Well, I did...absolutly nothing and it fixed itself. I'm sure the problem will reoccour though.

Update: I've tried removing ZA and restarting my modem to no avail. Shutting off ZA seemed to work for a very short period of time, but nothing permanent.
