    Somewhere out there is a list of software that are known spyware carriers. Always wise to check it prior to downloading. Sorry, I can't remember the link - you'll either have to search for it or wait and perhaps someone will have the name.
    . Another way to tell is to read secureaction's Privacy Policy and/or "Terms and Conditions" statement. Often they spell out in there (directly or indirectly) that their software contains spyware or adware. I know it's a pain to read all the fine print, but you are agreeing to it when you DL the software. Better safe than sorry!
    . Here is one list I found - http://www.surasoft.com/spywaredb/ - and your product isn't on it. Perhaps you might want to submit it to them.
