Hotmail have a blocked server list?

Does anyone know if there is a way to see hotmails blocked "Service Provider" or Spam list?

I'm not receiving emails on my hotmail account from my home account. My service provider is a major service provider and I would be surprised if hotmail is blocking it.

Did you look in the junk email folder in your hotmail for your messages?

Also in your Hotmail check your options then Junk E-Mail Protection then Junk Email Filter and choose the low settings as a test.

Another place to check in Hotmail is also in Junk E-Mail Protection then Block Senders and see if your address is in there.

Then next add your address to the Safe List under Junk E-Mail Protection

If they are blocking it, you will most likely get a bounce message. My guess would be that they are queued somewhere in your ISP or hotmail. Call your ISP and find out if they are having any SMTP issues.
