Thread: Newegg messup?
September 4th, 2004, 11:18 PM #1
I was looking at AMD 64 for a guy in another thread, and came accross this at newegg.
Both of the processors below are identical, yet they both have different prices. Does anyone know why this is, or is it another newegg mistype?

That tells me nothing about why teh clawhammer is better than the newcastle.

Clawhammer has 1MB L2-cache and Newcastle 512KB L2-cacheI miss Dimebag Darrell

Well, according to the newegg description. THe clawhammer has 512K of cache.
So I guess it is a newegg mistype.

if youre in the market get the newcastle:
200mhz extra makes more of an impact than less cache.
