Run DLL problem

OS; Win XP Pro
Everytime I start my machine I get a small Run DLL error window:

Error loading C:\ProgramFiles\WildTangent\Apps\CDA\cdaengine0400 \.dll

Can anyone tell me what Wild Tangent is and what this error message is and how to remove it.

Have you tried removing it through msconfig? Well, not removing it, but prevent it from loading with Windows.

I checked msconfig and found "cdaengine0400" under the start tab.
Apparently this was a game that has been uninstalled and this must be some remnant.
I would like to know how to safely remove this and not have msconfig running in selective startup.

Suggestions?

Please Note: If the Wildtangent Control Panel icon still appears in the Windows Control Panel, you may need to search your computer's hard drive for any occurance of the files "wtcpl.dll" and "wtcpl.cpl" and remove it. This occassionally occurs when an older version of the Web driver was partially removed.
