Ok so working on a really old computer. Just need to take out the HD, format it on my PC and do a fresh install of Win 98...np easy.
So I've taken off the side panel, and the front panel...the HD is like welded in here or something. Can anyone tell me how to take out this dang HD? |

I wish...I "think" I might be able to just hook it up from where it is. Q though, if I use Cable Select because I don't think I can get into the position to put it as a slave, would that work or does it have to be set up as a slave? |

Why are you taking it out? Just do it in place. Certainly alot less trouble. And, if you install on another computer you will have all kinds of driver mess when you move it back.
