| Best digital camera for under 200 bucks?
I hear a lot of people reccomend canon, but I really am clueless in this area.
Looking for the best quality and hopefully longest battery life but quality pics are more important than battery life.
Thanks again for any reccomendations. |

Actually Canon has great reputation regarding Digital cam but with $200 you can't expect some important spec. like a 5.0 Megapixels that proportionally affect quality. Maybe you can add more $100 then you can find much better cam.

I have a Kodak EasyShare DX7630 - great camera. It's a 6.1 Megapixel camera, but goes for about double over what you're looking at.
I would imagine their other cameras are quality as well.
Go to a Best Buy or something and try them out first. Take some shots with them, feel them, and then look on the Net for the best price. |

I have the Canon Powershot A75 and its awesome. Excellent excellent printouts with fantastic quality. Multiple shot modes and many other goodies for the novie to intermediate photo taker. 3.2 MP. I got mine for 250 from Best Buy and Im positive you can get it cheaper off the net (got a BB gift certificate so had to use it somehow ) |
