Backup Software

Hi People,
I was here a little while ago, asking about Maxtor One Touch Drives. I've changed my mine and want to go a different way. I have a IDE to USB connecter, so I should be able to use any IDE drive as an external drive.
So now I need software. I'm looking for recommendations.
Here is a list of things I want it able to do:
1) Schedule the back up automatically
2) Be able to back up while other programs are running
3) Be able to back up mapped drives

Any Ideas???

Well I've seen Drive Image 7, Veritas (too expensive), Dantz (Not Sure Which One), I use Ghost currently, but that will not work for what I want.

Hey thanks for the input.
John I know batch files work wonders! But I am really looking for some synchronization. I have a plan to take a 200 GB drive, partition for about four drives and then sync them up. I just think that would be a very cool way to go.
