It usually takes 3 sometimes 4 days for the stuff to get to my place. Not bad considering its from Cali to FL.

I've made two orders from newegg, both came in 3 days from CA to WV. Not too shabby. And the free newegg beach towell made it all worthwhile.

i've used newegg for a while, shipping has been good for the most part... until they shipped the wrong printer to me. i eventually got through to someone in customer service after being cut off, and was passed around to three different people and put on hold twice for approx 10 mins, (not a good experience). i was asked to pay to ship the wrong printer back (by ground) to CA (they refund this later), and wait for an email upon receipt. not really what i was expecting - they could have remedied the problem by overnighting the printer back to CA and overnighting the correct printer to me... since it was their mistake. i guess this happens every now and then and is to be expected, but it took 4 days to ship back and another week before i got the correct item! so in my experience, newegg are excellent (i still use them), but bad when things go wrong. they could have dealt with this better. |

I ordered some Crucial memory from Newegg on a Monday and it was delivered the following week on Wednesday - that's 8 working days later. DHL took their sweet time and ended up turning the package over to the USPS for delivery.
Totally unacceptable IMHO. I will have 2nd thoughts about ever doing business again with Newegg.

This is a pretty old thread.

For normal shipping, Newegg only uses FedEX or UPS, not DHL or USPS.
If you went with eggsaver, that uses USPS. Eggsaver shipping says that it can take 7 days to ship. Allowing a 24 hour processing time + 7 day delivery time = 8 days.

Eggsaver. That's what I was thing of, not super saver.
I just used eggsaver and it was shipped through DSL, when it got to Massachusetts, they mailed it to New Hampshire USPS, go figure.

DHL is horrible. The company I work for used to ship with them, at least until they took 2 weeks to deliver an item marked for overnight. We've been with FedEx ever since and everything has been smooth.
Also, I've ordered things from Newegg with Ground shipping.. the package arrived via UPS three days early. Did I mention it was also sent mid-December? You can't go wrong with these guys. |

Starting this week or so, DHL will NO longer ship within the USA. They will only do International shipping.
