Not easily, start looking into recovery software, or calling recovery shops. Once you FDISKed it is not easy at all.

Actually, any data recovery tool should be able to recover it for you.
We have used Ontracks easy recovery pro to get 95%+ of the data off of formatted harddrives many times, after the entire partition table was destroyed. It isn't a cheap tool, but it does the job. |

You could try File Rescue Plus. It has an option where it asks you if the drive has been formatted. It's pretty good at recovering files from newly formatted drives. The free version only lets you recover two files, though. Then you have to buy it.

For future reference, you need Partition Magic, Acronis Partitioner or something similar to perform partition tasks without losing data. |

Try this: http://www.z-a-recovery.com/info_zarntfs.htm
I used their image recovery and it was unbelievable! Plus it allowed me to recover all of my files without buying it.
This one may do the same for free if you are lucky.

There are data recovery programs "out there" that will do what you need.
I've used "Getback" for NTFS with great results. The only problem is you get everything that has ever been on that hard drive. |
