dvd writer help....
Im using win xp
My dvd writer shows up in bios as my second master but when i look in my device manager it isnt showing up...any ideas?.

Make sure you have the latest chipset drivers for your motherboard installed. Also, do any devices show up in device manager with either red X's by them or a yellow "!" by them?

no red x...beside the lan card i disabled, how would i fond out if i had the latest chip set?.

Is it delta-L or the other one?
either way it is nForce 2
You might need a BIOS update if the DVD drive never worked with your system...
