Internet Explorer problems
I have been having problems with Internet Explorer lately. When I open a new Internet Explorer box, it will open then freeze for 15-20 seconds or so then I can go on and open web pages. It has become very bothersome. Also, when I click some links such as a link from searching on google, it will freeze Internet Explorer for a short time. Another thing is when I go to a page such as Mcafee freescan for my computer it says: "Your current browser is not supported.
To download and install McAfee software, your computer must be running Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 or later. "
This makes absolutely no sense because I have used it previously and I have verson 6.0.2600.0 which is clearly after version 5. I have already tried re-installing Intnernet Expolorer and it did nothing. I am using Windows XP Pro. Ed. as my operating system. If anyone would know what to do I'd appriciate...

Many members have been having problems with IE if they have any Yahoo programs installed. If you do try deleting them and see if your problems disappear. You can then try reinstalling yahoo and see if the problems reappear. It solved my problems with IE.
