I need some help with Spyware removal

I've got some problems with my computer.

When I click on some websites, it redirects me to http://www.coolsearch.biz/discounts.htm and tries to donload some program.

I've used Ad Aware(which won't update), Spybot (keeps finding the same three problems even after I remove them), CW Shredder (says my system's clean) and Hijack this.

I'll post the log file from hijack this.
