cant get my thinkpad 380D to load windows
i hope someone can help me out. when i turn on my thinpad 380D i get some type of diagram with a arrow pointing to what looks like my floppy drive. also there is a arrow telling me to press f1. i put in a startup disk and pressed f1. then i got a line that read I9990305. i then turn it off and off while pressing f1. i then came to the test page, it tested everything and said ok, but it didnt say anything about my hard drive or floppy drive. does this mean i dont have access to my drives? if so how do i access them? or is something else wrong? thanks.
