OEM is fine since there really is no benefit getting the retail version because you will void the warranty if you use another HSF other than the stock provided
So if you get OEM (CPU itself ONLY) then you must get some cooling for it, and since you're getting that liquid cooling kit, you have nothing to worry about |

These might sound like dumb questions but I dont know the answers so
Does the graphics card need to be the same as the mobo, like a MSI mobo and a Asus nVidia 6600gt, qould that work or do they need to be the same?
Do I need cooling for the hard drive or anything, I dunno, the liquid cooling will cover the cooling catagory, and be good for OCing it?
Is that MSI mobo better than the ASUS?
Hey I'll just link all the stuff and If i'm missing anything, well then i'll need it. |

You never HAVE to match the brands in order for the components to work
That MSI mobo is a lot more popular than ASUS, and I would get that MSI if I had a s939 CPU/rig.
The WC kit will cover all the necessary cooling, so you have nothing to worry about, OC as much as you like |
