Cable leap?

Hi all,

I just moved into a new house and the cable outlets are not were I would like them. I was recently talking to someone at a party and they informed me that I could buy a "leap"? They told me that I could have a reciever connected to where the cable outlet was and that as long as the TV (where I wanted it to be) was less then 100ft away the leap could send the signal wireless. I don't want to split the cable b\c I don't want to drill any holes or have a wire running across the floor. I also don't want to shell out for someone to come in and do it for me if this leap thing is possible. Has anybody heard of this or this guy just crazy?

Never heard of it for cable T.V. If it was cable internet then you could, but I have never heard of anything like that for a T.V. signal.

well i never heard of it, but some googling and searching led me to only one manufacturer, you can buy it at two different places here: http://www.epinions.com/search/?subm...vertical_name=
its not cheap though.. $127-$139 for one tv...
and i have no clue how good it works..
