Problems d/l torrents using Azureus

Well I updated Azureus like it asked me too, and now I have this error that says "Likely network disconnect/reconnect: Repairing 1 selector, 8 keys.
If you get this message repeatedly, and you are sure there is nothing wrong with your
network setup, and you are running java 1.4 series, then you have likely encountered
a JRE bug, and should upgrade to the newer java 1.5 (5.0) series."

So i went into control panel and updated java as much as I could. It still does it. Any ideas on this?? This is a reptitive error, and my d/l u/l speeds are not as fast as before. My internet connection seems fine too.
