I think you need some better quality or higher speed RAM in order to take full potential of that 2400mobile. What do you plan on using the rig for? You really need to upgrade your graphics card. Newegg links do not work for me.

I second better RAM also. Soyo boards are not known to be overclocking monsters, you may want to swap that out down the road along with you video card for games.

What are you using this rig for? If gaming I'd reccomend getting a better card.

mobile chips overclock very easily and stay cool. you could oc that cpu pretty easily with some decent cooling, and therefore you should pick up some ram that can take advantage of it. your gpu seems to be crap, so if you have money to spend, definately devote it to the gpu before the ram - unless you do not intend on playing games at all. (also, if you want to watch tv on your computer, oyu need an allinwonder)
