Access Denied

Why do I get this error box?
c:\documents and settings\all users\documents is not accessable.

Access is denied.


What can I do? I'm tring to install Acrobat Pro and when it tried to make a file there I get an error stating the above message (in adobe fassion). So when I went into explorer I still couldn't open the file. The properties were marked read only, I unchecked it and got the same error.

I get that normally when I am on an NTFS drive and trying to go into a users profile when they are all set to be private. Are you logged into the machine with administrator rights? Thats all I can think of for now.

Yes, I am sdministrator.

Also, I was messing around with it again. I thought I changed it off of read only but it didn't. Kept playing and when I go to the advanced tab their at the properties and try to change something it also says access denied. Stupid computer!
