omg what is this??

ok so there i was playin diablo right.. and this guy made some gayin sayin "i quit"
and so well i am bored so why not go c what is happing so i went in there and he said that he had to quit and he had 17 accts that he wanted to give away so i was all like.. ok sure i will take them then he said get on aol im so i said ok
he said well i dont want to right them all down so i will just send u a file with a pic in it so i said ok...
then he said double click it and so i did and nothing happend so then i was all like
well mabey my comp is to old so mabey i will config the properties on what opens it so i did and i finaly got it to work and then my comp screen went black then it started flashing black and white and i can c a lil mouse moving back and forth hilighting some folders of mine and as far as i no thos folders are still there and when it was flashing black and white i couldent move my mouse or do alt f4 or ctr alt del or none of that would work so i had to shut off the comp then when i got back on i looked at my files and they where still there as far as i no but i wanted to no wtf happend and what should i do to make sure that that person is not inside my comp right now because that was some scary crap

use a virus scanner and a trojan scanner. your system has been compromised by this person. you have very kindly installed a rat (remote access tool) for this person to control your system with.

run antivirus, run spybot search and destroy, adaware, etc.
password protect any folders with important info
get a good firewall

check out my site for a list of good protective programs. try sygate personal firewall. it will block him from hacking your computer and it'll actually stop the rat from calling home. every single program that needs access to the internet is blocked by sygate until you approve it. (very simple..just click yes on a pop up box). it'll even stop windows from accessing anything over the network/net until you ok it

(there is an option to remember your settings for common programs...like ie or firefox and stuff like that). plus it would have protected you from this right from teh start. as soon as his little program tried to run sygate would have popped up and stopped him from connecting. you may have lost control of your computer..but he would not have gained it!

ok you obiasly got hacked or getting hacked so as they say you better cancel you internet . 1 reason might be the person can stoer stuff on you pc. like porn etc.
2 put paswords on all you things and it would be very helpfull to uninstall the most important things in you pc and install it back but with a password and is good to have a , or . in your pass for most people think no one uses , or . on their paswords also if you remeber the file that you saw the mouse moved to you should completly uninstall it because you never know what it might be going there you should go to you control panel and check the status of you pc and see if it has been in use when you turned it off.

sorry for sayiing this but you are one dumb person no offence but if someone wants to give you a diablo acc why did you go to aol and dl a photo or anything that he send it to you if he was goin to give you an acc he would have just wrote it ..

um hey forgoten one ? do you have daiblo 2 lord of destruction ? of just diablo 2 ? well since the guy said that he was giving a free acc maybe you should go check you stuff cuase something might have happen to you acc like him cahnging that pass or so.
