    IE Not opening web pages

For some reason one og the computer's at the school my mother teaches at will not go to any web pages. You would think it was a server or connection issue but no you open IE and it opes and the hourglass and pointer and status bar just flicker.

Why don't you ask the school network admin the same question?

Well... if the school network admin has any idea what they are doing, they should be able to just ghost the drive image onto it(I can't imagine them not having a drive image) and restore it. Much cleaner than trying to debug and fix the problem, especially for a single computer. If it's a little out of date and needs patches/etc. So be it.
