Blue Screen Problem

When i was playing doom3.... my game just froze out of no where. A blue screen had Glanced up but the computer just resetted itself... Is there a way where i can turn off the reset option when the blue screen pops up? When the blue screen poped up i coulden't even get a chance to read it to see what had happened.

i don't think so, but i think your problem might be overheating with your cpu( emergency shutdown) or just an error( blue screen of death

Control Panel>System Properties>Advanced>Start and Recovery. Uncheck automatically reboot. Note: this is from my W2K machine but I think it is the same.

I HIGHLY DOUBT its overheating... i have EVEREST Home Edition running 24/7 and when i play doom. Hottest the CPU had got was 58 C. So Cancel out OverHeating
