| Need to find driver for burner
I lost the installation cd for my cd burner and I need to download a driver for it. I've looked all over and can't find a download. Could someone please direct me where I could find it. The specs on the burner are. on the top it says digital research technologies. The model # is Me-320-XX, Manufacturer: I/O Magic Corp.

I have never heard of a cdburner needing a driver....
drivers are built into windows for cd burners etc
now of course you will need the burner software like Nero or Roxio etc
---
why do you think you need a driver?? is the cd burner showing up in the device manager??
BTw..what operating system?

You're right, the driver is installed but I need the installation software so that I have an interface to actually copy songs to. |

I am sure there is some free software online....but I dont know any off the top of my head
if nothing else try google for "freeware cd burning software"..what I would do though..just try one at a time..dont install more than one at a time....if u try one and dont like it, make sure u uninstall it before you try another
maybe make a new thread and call it "need free burner software"

Or, if you're burning Audio, you could use Windows Media Player, and for files, just use windows burner.
