I remember one of the first ones I learned was "windows-break" to get to system properties....that was a cool one for a new tech
probably the one I use the most is ctrl-v for paste
also when spell checking etc I use the "end" button a lot....thats not really a shortcut but a lot of people dont know what it is"Even a fool is thought to be wise if he is silent"

especially down there where it says "Microsoft Natural Keyboard Keys"

I cant believe they left off
Control + L
Control + R
Control + E
for left/right/middle text alignment for word.
