my friend has the same exact build except instead of 2 gigs he has 1gig
but honestly for the price, IMO it's not worth it. my friend paid 2,100 for that with a dell 30% discount. My brother ordered his comp almost a year ago (in september it will be a year) from cyberpower pc with an AMD FX-53 (newest at the time), and x800pro, 2gigs of pc3200 hyper x, 500watt psu, a 74gb wd raptor, dvd burner, (and the other basic components) for a shade over $2,500 with a 19 viewsonic monitor

well, for my dad, $$ wasn't a big concern... basically, he wanted a fast , solid machine with a warranty that would do what he needed... pwr point (large programs), etc... with no hesitation... and this did the trick..!! |

A computer completely put together, with a warranty, screaming fast and everything works as advertised. Where's the challenge in that?
Sounds like Dad has it goin on with a really nice system. |

The new Dell XPS's are very good. I believe it scored a "9" or "10" in Maximum PC. |
