    Exclamation Cant get rid of it?

     
    i downloaded the Call of Duty 1.5 patch and saved it to my desktop. but when i tried opening it nothing happened it is like an application file and it runs in MSDOS i tried delteting it but it says:
    "cant delete program because maybe in use by another program or person"

    i went into task manager and stopped all other processes i could and still couldnt delete it. i went into regedit and deleted all files from the cod patch. i also uninstalled all call of duty games and everything but still wouldnt delete this patch program? can anyone help me?

    Boot into "Safe Mode" and delete it from there.

    yeah but i've had the patch thing on for ages now

    i tried the deleting the installshield folder in common files folder......nothing
