Boot up with your OS install disc/disk and do a format there.

What Operating System are you running?

You downloaded Windows XP, or you downloaded SP2?

If the drive you are trying to wipre is not the drive with Windows Installed, you can format the drive inside of windows using the cmd prompt or buy doing it through computer management.

I downloaded SP2.

The drive I'm trying to wipe is the same one where Windows is installed. I'm going to sell my pc, so I just want to delete everything, then reinstall Windows if I have to.

Why go through the trouble of downloading another program that does the same thing is the Windows Xp Install disc?

If you are going to reinstall Windows XP on it, during the install you can have it format the drive which will erase everything.

Wipes out all floppies and hard disk drives completely by secure overwriting data on physical level using [One Pass Zeros] data destruction method
