    Whats Happening?

     
    Hey guys-
    I was hoping you can help with this. For the last week or so, my machine has been going down hill...quickly. Applications are loading slower, not terribly slow, but noticably. My main problem is anything internet oriented. It takes like 1-2 minutes to load every page, that is if it even loads. Also, when I play Steam CS, my lag is insane! I never used to be over 40ish now its never under 150-200. I dont get it. Please help if you can.

    have you scanned for viruses? ran any anti-spyware programs lately?
