I've heared of NRAM. The "N" for Nano. Whenever it gets marketed, it's suppose to replace what we use now, SDRAM or DDR; etc. It may already be on the market. I haven't heared it was though.
There's also memory they're working on that has to be in extreme cold temperatures,`cos it gets so hot... until they get it right. Then they will market it. That may very well be the NRAM. I dunno.
