I have my outlook .pst file in my briefcase on my laptop. For some reason, the file thinks it is being accessed, but Outlook is closed. Because of this, I cannot sync it or even copy it. I am getting a message saying that "the process cannot access the file because another process has locked a portion of the file" Does anyone know what could be causing the outlook file to do this?
