Damn, what a pain in the arse of a program.. I'm even considering changing my mailserver at work because It's just not a user friendly program!

Does anyone have experience with it?

Support is not available since my contract has expired.

Basically, we've had a new website done for our company, and the contacts page allows prospective customers to e-mail in, however MAILsweeper automatically determines these e-mails as "underdetermined" mail, and quarantines it.

How do I get it to reprocess the e-mails into something else?
