power supply stable?

Lately I've been noticing like 1second freezes when doing anything. Tempreatures look fine cpu idle 37c, motherboard 31c. I think my cheap power supply is causing this.

cpu core: 1.36V
+2.5V: 3.25V
+5V: 4.92V
+12V: 11.58-11.65-11.71 ( it changes to those not higher than those or lower)
+5V standby: 4.97V

are those normal?

The voltages listed here are vague in some respects since the information on what type of
hardware you are running would be useful. Things like what cpu, memory, video and sound.
It does seem little low like you were running a 300w supply were even a 350w would help.

What are the rest of your system's specs, and what is the make/model of your power supply?

Grab an Antec 430w TRUE POWER supply before that one quits on you. That's a headache
when you order a case with a cheap supply thrown in.

Well, even if it isn't your powersupply that is causing you problems right now, you definatly need to upgrade it. Get this one:

No, it isn't low by the sensor, but using onboard sensors to watch it is never very accurate...some people have it where it says their cpu temp is 200C...and it is 30C...some people have 12v lines that read 5v...and are right at 12v...so I never trust the sensors.

Having a good supply in your case is an essential. That's like the life blood to some degree.
When you get into a system with the extras, the demands on the supply go up. A problem
seen too many times when ordering cases with supplies is that they are not rated for that
demand being placed on it by the hardware later installed. Find a good brand that meets a
power requirement needed and you will satisfied with the results.
