PS/2 is the original Keyboard connection on the back of your computer (usually colored purple, depending on the board).

USB 2.0 is faster and the newer one.
My buddy just bought a microsoft bluetooth keyboard and mouse. the package was sold together and it was blue. it works like a charm. all the way to the other side of his house.

I do not think there will be a noticeable difference between them.

No difference, some still like using the older PS/2 port so they can free up the USB's. But most newer keyboards (wireless included) will have an adapter for both ports. I use my USB ports a lot, so I plug the keyboard into the PS/2 since nothing else will use it.

I think it will come with a small adapter that you use to do that but it makes no difference.
